Hi franzedwarddayrit03 What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number) Does it happen every time and every app. Please go to settings>Apps¬ifications>Apps info>ZenUI Launcher>storage & memory>manage space and clear cache. Thank you
