com.qualcomm.qtil.aptxals.aptxalsApplication has Stopped Message Every Restart Since Android 10

Ever since I have upgraded to Android 10 on ROG Phone II (Global Version, Malaysian unit), each time I restart my phone I will have "com.qualcomm.qtil.aptxals.aptxalsApplication has Stopped" Message
(I have enabled "Always Show Crash Dialog" under Developer Options to always not silent error messages I get)


I upgraded by downloading the firmware from official website the day of release to the phone because OTA didn't pick up the updates on the day of release.

Something must have gone wrong during the update process. Unfortunately, there's no fix for this other than doing a factory reset.
