Why I can't update to Android 10?

Hello in settings I see a 1 next to the System Update as if there is available an update but when I tap on in it says my system is up to date.
What can I do to have the update?

Why I can't update to Android 10?

1.Restart your phone once
2. Try clearing app data/cache of the fota updater app

No it's stable for most users

The only thing i see is some user specific bugs which will be sorted out in the next 1-2 updates

Asus already pushed beta 10 to beta testers which is "stable" as confirmed by the testers they'll get 1-2 more beta builds and all goes well it will be pushed to the stable version

Hi! Where do you find the updater app?
Once got a notification of update but I touched elsewhere and the notification disappeared and it never appeared again.
