Play protect analysis blocked on January 29

When I make a play protect analysis the date stays on January 29, even when I disable and reeanable it and after reboot of the phone

I have found the cause, it's because of last version install APK from apkmirror
I have just installed march 6 version from APK and when I Launch play protect it shows yesterday result
By cleaning cache it's ok
Should I wait play store updates by itself? (We have to wait many days before that!)
Is it important not to wait too long when an update releases?
