Volume on call changes automatically when using earphones with mic

Whenever I'm on a call with my earphones, the volume slider automatically increases volume and decreases to zero and this slider goes all the way to left and again to right and keeps happening whenever I'm using my BOAT earphones bass heads 220 and I'm using Zenfone max pro m1 with latest update!
