I'm going to guess here, but I must qualify what I say by noting that I really don't know. I read somewhere that the 133 update was causing loss of quick charging for some people. I don't use quick charging, so I can't confirm. I read somewhere else (correct or not) that the 133 update was temporarily pulled down by Asus and then appeared again. Perhaps, if that is true, they removed the "optimized charging" (whatever that means) because it had to do something with breaking quick charge. Again, I don't actually know, but maybe that has something to do with it. Having said that, when I go to the firmware download page for my device, it still mentions that charging function.

well it is pretty funny to see you are not using the quick charging function when your phone are.
and one time in emergency im using the non quick charging charger, it tooks 3 times longer than usual to charge my phone

I only charge between 40 and 80. Chargers are everywhere I need them.

well fyi, the battery will works best when you charge it when it need to be charge, and when you charge it, make sure it fully charged if can

Quite the opposite. Li-Ion/Li-Poly batteries don't like extremes and it's much better for them if you charge before they reach deep discharge levels and finish before reaching 100%. The rule you mentioned applies only to old Ni-Cd and Ni-MH cells because they had so-called memory effect.
