Not getting notifications for multiple applications

I am not receiving notifications for multiple applications unless I open them. When I open them all the pending notification shows up at once. I have checked the settings all the notifications settings are fine , I have tried reinstalling the applications, still didn't work.

Allow the app to auto start. Name says one but it does something else.

can be found in system settings -> battery -> PowerMaster -> Auto-start manager
