Headphone jack is not working properly

My headphone jack is not working properly bluetooth and wired both are not working properly I'm unable to hear 3d and advanced audio effect nothing anything. Both right and left by are working same.

You aren't hearing audio through the analog connection, or with Bluetooth?
Is your phone able to pair with other Bluetooth devices? Does audio come out of the speakers at all?

Yes I'm paired with other devices also no charges in any device

That didn't answer my questions.
Regardless, if you also aren't able to charge your phone, you should probably contact your local ASUS service center.

I can hear sounds and music with the analog connection and bluetooth also.
But there's a problem no effects are when I'm hearing 3D surround music both right ear peace and left ear peace are projects same sound.
If those are projects same sound how I feel effects.
