phone freezing death after left for 10-15minutes. need to hard reset

hi, is this a bug?..my ROG 2 (12/512) start from yesterday freezing if i left the phone more then 10 minutes, i need to hard reset to power it on back. this morning, power button not responding, after hard reset, everything came back to normal. please explain and the solution. thanks

p/s : its quite frustrating. i also try factory reset, but not solving the issue.

If your phone is rebooting itself, that is not good. If a factory reset didn't resolve the issue, then you most likely have something going on with the hardware. Please visit your local ASUS service center for a diagnostic/repair.
