The fastest way to show Quick settings

It seems to me that this old familiar two fingers gesture is somewhat broken in A10.
Very often the Quick settings menu collapses on its own when I pull it down, or stutters as it moves down, inertial movement is not continuous but jerky.
Has anyone else noticed?
Using the latest WW_17.1810.1910.73 and 3x4 tiles.
Launcher-independent issue.

I confirm that it is fixed in version WW_17.1810.2001.119.
I am very pleasantly surprised by the speed, hat down.
Thank you!

Exactly, Thank you.

As a workaround I wanted to use a Smart key but to my surprise Quick settings is not available at all. The Smart key is so limited it is all the way to cry.

Thankfully, I have been using the brilliant FNG application since Pie, where I solved it with another gesture.

How you are hiding navigation bar?
Root?

No, just run the following adb command to grant the permission as it is said in the description on its Play Store page:
adb shell pm grant com.fb.fluid android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS

New problem with opening Quick Settings after .129 update:
_jis_

I noticed that gesture to expand Quick Settings acts just as gesture to expand Notifications after update to .129.

Can anyone confirm this?

I noticed this behaviour in two different applications Nova launcher and Fluid Navigation Gestures so it is not an app fault, it is a system level issue.
