Display freezes

At random, at least I did not observed yet a pattern leading to the display frozen. I am running my thumb like a crazy cat on a slippery surface without getting any result I simply reboot. It is extremely annoying, almost claustrophobic.
Is there some advice , trick, settings I could use or is it a defective display. Thank you

Right now that is what i have to do for it to go smoothly. It is not fast by any means but i do not have to wait.

I have 8GB as well and it works as you can see in my threads i have it form about a week and I never use it without format for more than day and a half or max two now I am just tired of this and your problem bring me to the edge of packing this quacking phone and send it back... 
First report of ram problem is from July ... a now we have what ?! oh yea the next year : /
