Heat charger port

Hi, I'm using Rog phone 2. Why I can't charge my phone, and always has reminder about heat on charger port even when I didn't charge it. But I can charge my phone using the side port.

From what I've seen. Restarting the phone usually fixes this.

I already done that. the heat issues is gone but still can't charge from bottom connector

Only other thing I can think of is a factory reset or wait until Monday to see if someone from Asus chimes in.

Agree to that. I had the issue once. Restarting and clearing memory and cache solved the problem. It's related to UI system app. Factory reset is the last solution.
