Recent app key disappeared

I used to have the recent app key about a week ago. Worse part is that it still keeps the app running running background, making my phone heat up at times.
The only way for my to close app atm is to go to each app's settings and force close it. It is really a hassle.

Looks like a custom launcher? You might want to check the settings or see if the new updates states any new changes?

It looks like you started the custom launcher from within Armoury Crate (which is .. weird as it shouldnt auto list itself there).
Remove it from Armoury Crate's list of apps.
Set the launcher manually.

I am guessing the default ASUS launcher was disabled for a 3rd party launcher as the default
