Hi,
Is there any option to set autoconnect with specific Bluetooth device when it's not used for phone calls?

Open
Settings / System / Developer options / Running services / Bluetooth
and check started BT services and all connected apps here. You may find that your Bluetooth is used by an application that you have installed and once tried, but you have not used it long ago and may cause problems with BT. For such an application, open its App info and Force stop.
The Bluetooth Service should not take up hundreds of megabytes of memory, but ideally only tens of megabytes.

It's paired but not connects automatically. I have an Bluetooth receiver in car and I have to manually click connect on phone every time I get in.

Can you try forgetting your car as a paired device and re-pairing the two from scratch? That might help the car recognize the phone automatically in the future.
I have a Pixel 2XL and this alleviated my issue with a Bluetooth receiver in my vehicle.
