We are not the first company recommending a clean reinstall for software when the problem is most likely software related. That kind of advice is as old as software.
While time consuming, a factory reset is the most foolproof way to clean out any possible software bugs that might be related to your particular use case. If you continue to see the Smart Key not working after a factory reset, we have a real bug in Android 10 that needs to be fixed. I'd be happy to log your phone in that case.

Ok bro can u tell me how can i be sure my motherboard is fine is their a way coz service center takes 15days to return my phone and i can not wait for 15 days to get my phone becoz they dont even provide a backup phone for that time period.

No, the only way someone can tell you if your motherboard is fine is if you take it to a service center. If you can't live without your phone for 15 days, then a factory reset definitely sounds like the best option.
