Call on earphones

After receiving new update i can't hear calls on earphones.
I first thought it was fault of earphones but then i tried on other earphone and i faced same issue

You can try at least these steps now:

Clear cache to all apps.

Restart in Safe mode.

Restart again.

Just curious, when you suggest this do you have to manually clear the cache to each app one at a time or is there a way to wipe the cache of all apps at once?

I ve tried 3 earphones but problem continues. Also i once tried factory reset but still it is present

Can you describe more when this happens?
Normal calls are OK
Bluetooth headset calls are OK? (If you have had the chance to try)

3.5mm calls, with mic = not ok.

This is through SIM calling - and a factory reset did not help?
Which network operator are you using and country?

We might need a device log to further figure out what is wrong
