yesterday suddenly there was no fingerprint option available ,so i restarted the device and as soon as i restarted the device after the notification "sytem being optimised" this error showed up when i opened zentalk in chrome
Does this issue happen again? It could be an off chance error in any configuration but that could have been resolved by a restart.
I saw it twice after a restart

No i haven't noticed it after i updated the device but I'll check
I restarted the device and again the error showed up after a minute of restart
It was once in version WW_17.1810.1910.68 even though I restarted multiple times, in version WW_17.1810.1910.73 I restarted several times too and it hasn't happened yet.

Yes i am on the latest firmware

chrome but i remember it occured even without opening an app once
For me it appeared just once so far spontaneously after restart in version WW_17.1810.1910.68.
I restarted it again because of the home screen functioning issue(long press) and as soon as i restarted and opened whatsapp tge message appeared again
So i dont think this is app specific cause earlier screenshots you can see chrome is open
Ok, barring a system reset - (which might fix it) - we would need logs from you in order to identify the root cause.
Let me check back if a logcat is enough or if we need a device system log

You may use the built-in reporting tool ;
Enable Developer Options (let me know if you do not know how to do it).
In Dev options , Click "Bug report" -> Interactive Report.
Keep it running.
Try to reproduce the issue of the crash.
Once that happens - export the log.
Please note you may only share it via mail or Google Drive , share the drive link to me in PM (and make sure others can read the folder).
Give me a mail address where i can send the report.
I never captured a bug in a log...so I'll tell u what i did
1.i put up a shortcut of bug report in power key
2. The moment phone restarted and came to lock screen again i pressed the bug report option in power key(its default is set to interactive report)....and by the time the error occured it was still running.
