Refresh rate option is greyed out

Team,
Sometimes Refresh rate option is getting greyout and system set back to 60Hz. Unable to change it. This is happening after recent update.
Every time I have to reboot the device to fix this. Could you help me on this.

Yes, I can confirm the same behavior can be seen on device as well.
If you have an app running which is in Armory crate and then trying to set refresh rate, it could be disabled.
You might to set profile for that app.
I have profile for each games in Armory Crate. As soon as we close the app, phone will enable 120Hz refresh rate automatically. Now, the issue is happening when I play games (PUBG) for long duration (30 mins or more) and close it then the refresh rate set to 60Hz and the option is getting greyed out. This is happening only after recent update.
Note: Refresh rate will set back to 120Hz when you come back to desktop even if the game is still ON at the background.

Have you adjusted anything within Display settings? This only showed up after the latest FOTA?

I agree it is happening only after the recent update. @staradhish, Could you clear cache and storage for Armoury crate app and start creating new profiles for your apps and see whether you still have the issue. I'm going to try this now.
Seems, clearing Armoury crate app cache and storage has fixed the issue. I'm not facing the issue for the past 3 days. Will update again after few days.

I'm starting to face this now. After I play COD. Tried clearing cache and memory of armoury crate app still it is locked at 90hz. Unable to change it to 60 or 120.
It was Screen Recorder
If you used screen recorder, the refresh rate will be locked to 90hz and there is no way to deactivate the greyout option, even if yu have stopped using Screen Recorder
I have to restart my phone to get the refresh rate options back.
Please fix it, give us a way to recover refresh rate option after used Screen Recorder.
I guess, you have a game profiles which set to 90hz. Clear Storage and cache for Armoury crate app so this will delete all your existing game profiles. Make sure your profiles are deleted and then create new profiles for all the games.
No i did not set any game profile to 90hz, all checked as system, and even if i do, it worked as intended, as long i quit the game, refresh rate is back to 120hz
I have confirmed that by turning on Screen Recorder to record something, it goes to 90hz immediately and stay at it until you restart ur phone
I agree. It is happening to me as well. Screen refresh rate set back to 90Hz when I open screen recorder and refresh rate option is getting greyed out even after closing the screen recorder app.
@LP_ASUS @Anders_ASUS could you help us here. Is there a requirement for screen recorder app to run only at 90Hz?

I have recorded the issue.
Initially phone set to 120Hz. As soon as we open screen recorder refresh rate stuck at 90Hz. Now I have to reboot the device to fix the issue.
