It's not linked to Google. The only way for you to change this is to reset your device. People who just pressed next, next, next though the setup process will have "Owner" as their name

The picture is associated to the "Me" contact in ZenUI Contact.
The name is, to my mind, the same as your Google profile associated to your phone.
True, I just checked and there is a contact with that name. However changing the name of the contact didn't do anything, even after rebooting.

The name showing there is from my class's email. I don't think I can change it.
Change it from contacts, where it's says "me"

Apologies, this name is in fact not the same as your Google account but in the first boot of your phone, it's asked just after you register a Google account.
