Hi Whenever I'm connected to Wifi turning on Hotspot is showing ERROR massege please check attached screenshot.

I am testing the said on ROG Phone 3, let me comeback. No, the support for any phones on forums is not dead. It's just that due to holidays the support was a bit delayed.

I am forwarding the issue ahead as well, keeping in check the reported issue.

Hi @ARP_ASUS we have recieved a new update and the Hotspot issue isn't fixed in the latest update.
