Is there anyway to make windows 11 dark theme more black to save battery on OLED Display?

Detailed description：As you may know, OLED advantage is that the more pixels are off the more power it saves, and definitely a black theme on windows would save more battery than it does with the current dark gray and it looks much cooler tho, is there any tweak to enable that?
