No 4g only only city

Hey Guys! I'm facing a very weird situation now. I live in Canada, and I was able to use my Asus A001D (Zenphone Max Shot) everywhere on 4G coverage and so on. I move in to another city, and my phone simply doesn't work, having an internet outage (I can call normally). As soon as I go out from here, it works good I've tried to install my sim card Samsung S7 and worked great, meaning neither the carrier nor the city itself have any problem. How do you guys think I can solve this problem? Tks!

Hi, please contact the service provider, it may be that the service provider does not have a frequency band available for mobile phones in the city you move in. Thank you.
