After 2 weeks, the back letters of my Zenfone 9 are completely erased, I don't know why? Is the text very poor quality or was I unlucky?

The only use was to carry it in the pants pocket and use it without a case, but 2 weeks is a very short time

unfortunately in Chile Asus does not sell mobile phones. I bought it through an intermediary, I have no alternative.
