VoLTE & Vo-Wifi with problem

I've had this phone for about a month and I can't get these 2 options to work from the menu. activation functions are not found in the phone menu

This code simply unlocks the options but in no way guarantees operation, it can work or only for a moment then stop or not at all.
Even by dialing this code, the options may not be available if the operator only sends to a restrictive list that it has certified the VoLTE service, which seems to be the case here
You will find on its site the non-compatible devices that it has previously sold or approved before VoLTE, the fully compatible devices. Of course, the devices missing from the pdf are not compatible, ASUS has never been part of the approved manufacturers/devices.
