Dark Mode Issues

Model Name: ASUS ZenFone 9 Ai2202 256GB 8GB RAM
Firmware Version: WW_32.2030.2030.26
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: All the time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Settings, Dark Mode
In addition to information as above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

When you go into the settings menu in dark mode the top of the screen turns white this is especially annoying when you are in a dark environment it literally blinds your eyes, after a phone reset the issue appears to disappear for a couple minutes only returning again by it's self, also in the system color scheme there is an option to set specific apps to always display dark mode but that as well does not work, it will work for a couple minutes but then the apps will display in light mode again, after a phone reset it appears to work but then after a couple of minutes even though the apps are supposed to display in dark mode continue to display in light mode.
