Detailed description:I bought a 2TB nveme external sandisk extreme pro with claims that the read/write can go until 2000 mp/s. I tried in many way to get that speed and after searching for info on Google, this sandisk model needs a usb 3.2 gen 2. Before buying that, I checked that my zenbook duo 14 pro ux8402ze has that usb 3.2 gen 2. But the speed test is limited only around 1000 mps.
How can I solve this problem?
Ports specification of UX8402
1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A
2x Thunderbolt™ 4 supports display / power delivery
1x HDMI 2.1 FRL
1x 3.5mm Combo Audio Jack
1x DC-in
Micro SD Express 7.1 card reader

WD (sandisk) technical support adviced me to reformat the 2TB sandisk extreme pro v2. I will let you know later if that can solve the issue or not.

The technical unit stated that, as in the previous reply, the USB port (Type-A) of UX8402ZE is USB 3.2 Gen2 2x1 (10Gbps).
USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 >> 1000 MB/s
USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 >> 2000 MB/s
So the speed test result you tested is correct.
Thank you.
