Lost sound settings

D_IMAN
Rising Star II
As you know, Microsoft very often releases cumulative updates.
So after installing these updates, my sound settings fly off!
"Hardware Audio Acceleration" is automatically enabled, and "DTS Audio Processing" is automatically enabled.
And I have to adjust the sound every time...
Why is this happening???

I have Windows 11 installed
All drivers and Bois are downloaded from the ASUS website.
Notebook model: Vivobook Pro 14X OLED (N7400\X7400PC)

@Falcon_ASUS I need help...
The latest update I installed was KB5016691
And after installing it, I have a sound settings fly...

@D_IMAN

The technical unit used the same laptop as you to update and install the KB, and it can be used normally. We would recommend you remove the audio driver and KB5016691 and reinstall them again. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

The point is not specifically in KB5016691, but in the fact that after each cumulative update, the sound settings fly off...

If your situation occurs after a lot of updates, I may need you to provide a clearer operation to verify your problem.

@Karen_ASUS And I noticed one more thing.
After updating DTS APO driver to version V1.10.28.0
When you turn on / restart the laptop, the sound becomes noticeably louder!
I have to open "DTS Audio Processing" and turn it on and off first each time...
Is it related to this feature?
