Kikoly is trying to figure out what phone you are using. You are in the ROG Phone II forum, which was only released a few months ago. You cannot have purchased it in 2018.
If you are not using the ROG Phone II, we would like to know what phone you have so that we can try to help you.
FOTA stands for Firmware Over The Air. It's when ASUS pushes a firmware update to your phone.
WW stands for worldwide. What firmware are you using on your phone? You can this in Settings>System>About phone>Software information.
