When I remove the external device then it gets fixed instantly but if I keep it,the problem stay for about a minute and then gets fixed y itself

If the external device is removed, the problem will be eliminated immediately. I would suggest you to check the external devices one by one, or cross test.
If you are inconvenient to test one by one,  I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center.
The following is the contact information:

Also you can contact the local service center for help. The following is the contact information:

Sir can the external device affect my laptop's keyboard because when this issue occur the laptop's keyboard also doesn't response but the touch pad does so my question is could a external device cause internal keyboard to not response?
Or does it have something to do with my motherboard, can my motherboard be damage by any means cause I have taken a lot of care of my laptop and have never noticed any smoke or burn or anything and this issue also arose 10-15 days ago.

The use of an external keyboard may indeed make some functions of the built-in keyboard not work properly, but it should not be all. According to what you described, please contact ASUS repair center in the country of your residence: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
