Detailed description:Why is there nothing happening when I press on Activate ROG Elite button after I had input all my account information correctly?

Could you please tell me what is the armoury crate version you are currently using?

Does the situation improve if you remove and reinstall the armoury crate?

@Falcon_ASUS, I have version 5.1.4 on mobile app, should this issue be version specific? Because both the desktop app and mobile app don't work when I tap on the Activate ROG Elite button.

Is the problem you are currently experiencing on a mobile device or a laptop?
Could you please help to confirm the armoury crate version you are using on your laptop?

@Falcon_ASUS I'm experiencing the issue on both mobile and laptop. What's the difference if I just let you know about the version on laptop app, will it fix the issue on mobile?
