Windows hello can not open cameras on my ZenBook UX433F

When I look in device manager I see 2 cameras are installed, both named USB2.0 HD IR UVC WebCam and both showing the same Location of 0000.0014.0000.005.000.000.000.000.000
I have uninstalled both cameras and the system keeps reinstalling both of them back. I have checked I have the current drivers installed.
Is the fact I have 2 of them installed the reason that Windows Hello can not open them when I try to login using facial recognition?
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue gratefully accepted

Just noticed that when looking at events in webcam properties one cameras events say:
Device USB\VID_13D3&PID_56CB&MI_02\6&c7efbb4&0&0002 requires further installation.
and the other webcam properties events say:
Device USB\VID_13D3&PID_56CB&MI_00\6&c7efbb4&0&0000 requires further installation.
Help please...
