Hmm How to i downgrade android 12 to android 11

Just today i just find out my phone sim card 1 already turn off can't turn on it back but somehow i tried to take a look and i found the problem, i take my sim card 1 out of the slot and put in sim card 2 and switch sim card 2 to 1 "because i have 2 sim card“ and sim card 1 just don't work at all and sim card 2 work fine
may i ask it is my phone sim card slot or lost connection problem or system bug or something ?
