Hey there, I've been facing battery drain problems, but now I think I found a problem.
Accu Battery app show me that my battery capacity is like 2600mAh.
So I guess one of the batteries are not working.
Is there any chance that its a software issue? Or I should seek for a warranty right away?

Here are the screenshots of Accu battery. According to it looks like it has only one battery working.

No, Accu Battery does not see the 2nd battery, in addition you have the pro version, you would have done better to do a google search before "Accu Battery dual battery" you would have seen that all dual battery Smartphones are concerned.

At worst if you use unnecessary software, the system is more than enough, but works with dual batteries using 3C Battery Manager
