Hi @ARP_ASUS I have latest A12 .230 version and I tried couple of restarts, it didn't work.

What's your phone's software version?
Have you updated to Android 12?
If updated, you can downgrade to Android 11 and try once
If nothing works, would request you to visit the nearest service center

@ARP_ASUS The issue is fixed after clean install of A12 from A11. Now it is working fine. We can close this.
