Possible to make Zenscreen work on desktop without HDMI?

Detailed description：
The HDMI input on my Windows 10 desktop pc is not working unfortunately. Is there a way to make the Zenscreen work? I have hdmi on my primary monitor and this monitor is attached to the desktop with displayport. However, if I attach the usb c cable with usb adapter from Zenscreen directly to this monitor it does not detect the Zenscreen. I have no usb c connection on the desktop.
