Cannot Update to A12

As the title says i cannot update my A11 Rog Phone 3 12GB/512GB (WW version) to A12.
If i try to search for the update from the System Update section a message just tells me that my "System is up-to-date".
I also tried to manually download the Firmware .zip file from the official website, i've put it in the root folder of my Rog Phone 3, i then rebooted the phone but the update notification never showed up.
yes, i've downloaded the correct Firmware version, this is the full filename: UL-ASUS_I003_1-ASUS-31.0210.0210.230-1.1.5-2206-user.zip
What i am missing here?

Ciao, il telefono lo hai acquistato su store ufficiale ASUS o da terze parti? Mi viene il dubbio che possa essere un problema di firmware diverso.

Ho provato sia con il Firmware scaricato dalla pagina dedicata al Rog Phone 3 Strix edition, ho provato con quello global WW e con quello CInese CH nel dubbio e in tutti questi casi la notifica non è apparsa, credo di essere a corto di firmware da provare a questo punto.

Ciao, ho il tuo stesso identico telefono (12gb e 512gb ) con firmware attuale WW-18.0410.2203.201 e nemmeno a me segnala aggiornamento disponibile ad Android 12 🤔 a parte che se il 12 ha tutti i problemi che leggo meglio non aggiornare! Inoltre col 12 hanno tolto pure il registratore telefonate integrato... Le funzioni utili le tolgono, roba da rincoglioniti!

Il tuo telefono è stato mai mandato a riparare da uno dei laboratori ufficiali Asus per caso?

IT: Ciao, mi viene il dubbio, non è che durante la riparazione che è stata fatto al mio telefono è stato sbloccato e poi ribloccato il bootloader ed è per questo che non ricevo gli update? Cosa potrei fare se fosse vero?
