Hi, after the Android 12 update i have an issue with my wifi and hotspot but not with my mobile data. Ican't turn it on my wifi and hotspot, it has a error written under them. What can i do to fix this?
Hello! I'm sorry for the late reply! Since the ASUS Service Center suggested a downgrade I would actually listen to it and downgrade, of course we are always working on upcoming fixes and updates and we hopefully have something soon that fixes the issue.
Verify that the Mobile Hotspot or Smartphone Mobile Hotspot feature is turned on. Check that the connecting device's Wi-Fi is turned on. Update to the latest firmware version for all devices. Restart the Hotspot device or phone Regards, Willjoe
