Armory Crate Service hangs

Detailed description：
When I use Microsoft HD-500 Display Dock for Lumia 950 / Lumia 950 XL to output video, disconnect from it and connect to XG mobile then occasionally (50/50) GPU Switch popup does not appear.
So I go to Services and try to stop Armory Crate Service. It never happens successfully but service stops.
Then I start it again and the popup successfully appears.

Have you tried to remove the graphics card driver and Armory Crate to confirm?

What would you like me to do?
Remove Armory Crate with the uninstaller
Remove NVidia driver
Remove AMD driver with the uninstaller
Install all that back again from ASUS downloads again
???
