hello guys..I've same problem with the previous user about the camera is being used by another app.

    Please reboot your device in safe mode to check if it's a third party app causing the issue:

    Long press restart button until asked if you want to reboot in safe mode.

    If that solves it, please reboot in normal mode and clear cache files system-wide, then reboot again.

    Settings -> Advanced -> Mobile Manager -> Cleanup
