Charging limit bug
This is normal and is not a bug or a phone problem becouse your phone use power constantly it doesn't matter that you reach 100% it still need energy for the internet, processor, screen and everything in the phone so in this case the battery is 100% and that "charging in mAh" you see is the power that phone use for all of the processes that make and if you start some game this numbers will be higher .... you use ordinary charging and this will happening on every phone that you test it but if you start games and use bypass charging this numbers will be around 0 mAh if your phone is not very hot and you start bypass charging at normal temperature of the device. Other thing is if you phone is very hot and you try to use bypass charging it will not work so good becouse the phone have protection when the temperature is too high

But when charging limit is set to 80% or 90% then why charging current showing zero? I guess it's should stop charging when set specific limit..same should happen for 100% charging limit.

Charging limit bug

If all users could post bugs like this that would be cool.
@excavation5's explanation is very good, it's your understanding of the load system and your method of analysis that is not good.
The Asus software doesn't come into play with the 100% limit, it's standard battery management and if the phone isn't turned off the battery will still power the Rog 5 and the charger will still power the battery and your software will display this consumption.
When the limit is 80% or 90% and the limit is reached, the charger stops charging the battery, your software only detects the current sent to the battery, so it displays 0, but the charger continues to power the phone via the bypass, you need an external USB power controller to check it, your 0 is actually 0.04 in airplane mode screen off and 0.20 to 0.40 (4G screen on)
Continuing to publish Bugs like this, it's reassuring to see that there are functions that work normally on this Rog5 😊
