     1. Model name of the Asus device you are using. (such as ZD551KL, ZE620KL, ZS620KL, or another model)

     2. Screenshot of the firmware version your device is on.

     3. Screenshot of the error message.

     4. Detail of the situation or operation of unable to access YouTube.( App or website? occurrence frequency?)

    It is recommended that you upgrade your firmware version to the latest version, and make sure the network connection is stable may help you access Youtube.
