Battery drain issue "other"

  2. Firmware Version: ww 310810 1226.84
  3. Rooted or not: not
  4. Frequency of Occurrence: everyday
  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

I already used this rog5 s for 3 months, but in this 3 days i see the draining for my battery is so massive.. i go to sleep at 10 pm and in the morning 6 am, the battery already drained for over 30%. And i check the battery usage as per screenshot and found this..

Please anyone could advise me to recover my phone?

Ps: i already check malware / virus using bitdefender and it said its ok..

    Hi,

    Please do the following as a first step:

    1. Charge your device to 100% before going to bed and note the time.
    2. Put your device in flight mode.
    3. Check your battery level in the morning and note the time, this will give your drain / hour.

    It shouldn't be more than a couple percent. Let me know if you still see considerable drain even thou ghthe phone has been in flight mode.

    I just try you suggestion and here is the result..

    It just reduce for 2% (for 6 hours) .. so what next? I want to know the "others" that draining my battery?

    I have the same problem.... most of the battery drain by "other"...

    You can delete some new installed apps or if you use 5G that drain your battery fast
