I have been using the ROG Phone 5 for a long time, the phone is good, but lately I have noticed that some sites do not open on the phone when there is a stable Internet.

You have the precise message of the error "HTTP ERROR 503" and therefore the answer, a few seconds of research and you will know that it comes from the saturated servers and not from the client or from a saturated internet.
So you can't do anything except report it to the administrator of the site(s) that manage these web servers.
