========================
Detailed description:For more than a year now I can not solve the problem with the inoperability of the laptop after trying to go to sleep. The laptop turns off the screen, the power indicator remains on. You can turn on the laptop only after holding the power button for a long time. What was done: a complete (clean) reinstallation of the system, installing drivers from the Asus website. Reading the discussions posted here, I understand that the problem is common. The only solution that helps: never turn off the screen. Maybe there are other options? I contacted the service center: they believe that there are no hardware problems. Warranty has ended.

At first drain power from battery completely, then disconnect all external devices connected to laptop, including charger, then press and hold power button for 120 seconds and then release the button.

Then connect Charger to laptop, allow the charge to 30 minutes, then disconnect charger, power on laptop.

These actions did not lead to success. The laptop is still inoperable after attempting to go to sleep. It's impossible to wake him up. Only a long press of the power button allows you to restart the laptop

What you are suggesting is not working. The laptop still freezes after trying to go to sleep. Only a long press of the power button allows you to restart the laptop

Is your laptop processor is form intel?, Then install latest intel graphics driver from Intel website, before installing, uninstall existing Intel graphics driver from your system..
Also i suspected many applications are running background and consuming lots amount of RAM memory, this results gives freeze..
Two more things , many tasks are started and running continuously without your knowledge.

Yes, the laptop uses an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz. Now I tried to install the video adapter driver 30.0.101.1934 (you suggest installing it in a similar topic). Note that if I completely uninstall the video adapter driver and use the base Microsoft video adapter, then the laptop works as expected (except for screen resolution, etc.).

For screen resolution, an intel graphics card driver needs to be installed.
i upload to two batch files, download and execute with administrator rights,
before doing executing, create system restore point
