    Above is the details of software,

    It's been 2 years and I haven't received OTA update, and I tried to update it manually multiple times however it's showing update failed.


    Please help

    Can you please share from which firmware to which firmware are you trying to update. What error are you getting and how are you installing the file manually to help you with the correct steps.
