WiFi, Hotspot and Bluetooth not turning on even after motherboard replacement

I had the motherboard issue because of which my hotspot and wifi won't turn on, I got it replaced and then I had heating issue, which just got fixed by the service centre and suddenly today, my Bluetooth, WiFi and Hotspot would not turn on. I am very frustrated with these issues arising again and again. If possible help me with the refund.
