My rog 5 speaker no sound

my speaker suddenly no sound, before it happen i still can watch youtube, tiktok listen music and make a phone call. I think after 5pm, my phone speaker suddenly no sound..... eventhought i turn off and restart still like that, but i connect computer speaker or earphone still have sound. Just handphone speaker cannot work, still no sound. Anyone can help fix the problem??? T_T

That was my first issue on my rog 5 after buying it for only 3 month the sadly you have to bring it your nearest asus service center and they gonna replace both speakers and motherboard.. that's the only solution for that problem...

I faced the same. Mobo replacement will fix it. Say goodbye to the smooth performance that you were getting before
wdym?. The phone has performance issues after a mother board replacement?
I think what he meant is after replacing your motherboard before they give it back to you they will update it to the latest version firmware which has some performance issue.
wouldnt that be a temporary issue tho? lets see what he has to say about it as from my experience none of the builds really have immense performance issues
Unfortunately it's a permanent issue. The performance is intentionally capped in newer motherboards to prevent them from dying again
This is very concerning. Have you perhaps tried raising a complaint with the service center as the replacement could have been a faulty piece. Wonder if anyone else who's had a replacement motherboard complain of this issue
I've heard countless things like this 😂 "faulty hardware" "thermal paste not applied"; no, none of this is the case. The f-ed up the design big time and now their newer motherboards are made like this to prevent from dying again.
Asus Rog 5s got this kind of problem?
