I don't know why the description was not uploaded 😞 but every time I try to install any of the above services I get an error that installation failed, try again later. I've done many of the TS steps provided in Asus support with no luck, temporarily disabling my anti-virus, completely uninstalling any armory crate service and even my OS is fully updated

May I know did you try use the uninstall tool?
Please refer to below link and use Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool to uninstall Armoury Crate.
After completely uninstall, please reinstall Armoury Crate to latest version.
