Detailed description ：I can feel a tingle on the metal lid when the AC charger is plugged in. This is with the included 2 pin charger. It was purchased in South Africa. Is this a known issue? Is there a 3 pin charger available?

Is that charger is came with Laptop or did you purchased sepeartely.
If purchased means where did you bought in local shop or from asus service center
It is the included charger
Then moderator from Asus person should confirm that the charger issue or not
