Detailed description: My laptop crashes in sleep mode when on battery. Couldn't wake from sleep mode, have to hard restart or sometimes laptop hard restarts automatically when trying to wake from sleep mode either by pressing keys / opening lid.

yes windows is updated to latest

BIOS is 311 , latest, as in support site
